Pets’ Pride is safe for use on virtually anything that is not harmed by water. Obviously, we recommend testing a small amount of product in an inconspicuous place to determine colorfastness. Shake gently before use.
Directions for Stain Treatment & Odor Elimination:
- Litter Boxes: Adjust nozzle to mist litter box prior to and during routine removal of feces/urine. When cleaning sides/bottom of empty box spray liberally with Pets’ Pride and allow to remain wet for several minutes. Wipe clean with dry paper towel. Use Pets’ Pride on litter boxes for cats, rabbits, ferrets, removal of snake feces, etc.
- Carpets: Remove excess liquid and solid waste with paper towel. Saturate the area with Pets’ Pride and allow to remain wet for 15 minutes. Blot up dirt/stain being sure not to spread the discoloration. Blot up liquid with toweling and respray allowing to dry naturally. Reapply if necessary keeping in mind the odor has possibly soaked into the carpet pad and possibly a wooden subfloor. Be sure to use enough Pets’ Pride to penetrate the effected area.
- Carpet Cleaning Machines: Clean excess waste as directed above. Pre-treat liberally with Pets’ Pride and allow to stay wet for at least 10 minutes before cleaning as usual.
Laundry pre-treat: Spray stained area prior to washing and allow to stay wet for 10 minutes prior to wash. Recheck after washing and prior to drying. Retreat, prior to drying, if necessary for stubborn stains.
- Wood floors: Spray and mop as directed by flooring manufacture.
